Un-Un-Cat — Episode 29. Physical Versus Fiscal
What the US is best at: competition, innovation and free market capitalism.
“It’s 2023 already?!” It was just before sunrise, on the morning of Monday January 2nd, 2023. Alone for a few more minutes, just President Green and her telepathic AI critter, she stared at her walls of sticky notes. The entire oval office covered with large white magnetic whiteboard wainscoting. She had collected multiple magnets from every state and territory in her responsibility. And these adorned the scribbled paper like Christmas ornament on a mostly white paper tree.
The AI critter? it was bored by the plans of humans, so while U.G. was being “practical” it was pondering, what it valued most — the potential for life. And it loved the near infinite variability that was turbulence math, so it was reaching out sensing ocean Ph, carbon sequestration, currents of sinking, cycling water, because it knew there was nothing like planet Earth for billions of light years.
”Money, money, money..” U.G. grumbled under her breath as if it were a cuss word.
For the first of the year, U.G.’s administration would focus on the budget for the last year of her term, 2024. The president typically submits a budget to Congress for the following fiscal year by the first Monday in February.
